A master plan for upgrading Tuticorin airport in phases has been prepared
and the Tamil Nadu government has been asked to provide 586 acres of land
free of cost and free form all encumbrances to the Airport Authority of
India - Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel informed the Rajya Sabha today
